Returns
We accept returns on unopened and unused products within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If the return is approved, a refund will be processed using the original method of payment. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products are not eligible for return or refund
Damaged or Defective Items

Exchange Policy

Shipping Costs

This return policy applies exclusively to individual retail customers. Wholesale or distributor purchases are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
